Intentional Camera Movement

Intentional Camera Movement (ICM) allows me step away from the pursuit of technical perfection and instead embrace the fluid beauty of light and motion. By using the camera as a paintbrush rather than a mirror, I utilise longer shutter speeds and deliberate physical gestures – pans, tilts or rotations, transforming a literal scene into an atmospheric abstraction.

Each image is unique, unrepeatable. Instead of capturing the literal landscape I focus on how it feels to move through the landscape.
